Idle Hands Life Drawing - Sunday Sessions

Drawers of all ages and of all stages on your creative journey are invited to come and hone your drawing skills. The class is warm and inviting and is about process, not outcome. The models vary regularly and they prepare poses that will continue to challenge you.

Sessions are facilitated by Katie. These sessions are untutored; however, specialist classes are offered throughout the term that focus on building a wide variety of technical life drawing skills. These can be found in the workshops section.

The studio accommodates 10 people with a combination of tables and easels. Basic materials including paper, charcoal, pencils & pastels are provided with drawers to bring their preferred mediums. 

Sunday sessions run for 2 hours with a focus on a variety of poses with a series of 1 minute, 2 minute and 3 minute poses. Followed by 5 minute and 10 minute poses and ending with…
