Espresso at Home

In this practical, small-group workshop you’ll learn the essential skills behind great espresso, from understanding grind size and extraction to steaming silky milk. With over a decade in the coffee industry, Heather spent many years training baristas through coffee roasters - travelling extensively across Victoria, NSW and beyond. Her experience spans both traditional and specialty coffee environments, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to make consistently great coffee.

This workshop is taught using a Breville Dual Boiler machine - making it ideal for anyone who wants to improve their coffee skills in a home setting. You're welcome to provide details about your own machine, so that we can discuss any similarities or differences.

With only four participants per session, this small-group session ensures everyone has plenty of hands-on time with the machine and the opportunity to practice the techniques being taught.
