Paint pouring is a method that is easy to access if:
- you haven't had much exposure to painting but you're interested, or
- painting or using colour seems daunting, or
- you'd just love to experience how colours interact and morph into each other in real time!
- Paint pouring is also an excellent way to process emotion or get in touch with your spirituality and inner self.
