BATCAT - 3-5 Year Old Program

BATCAT is a small collective of creatives within Beechworth and surrounds aiming to engage young people with art and get more creativity into the world, all the while keeping our values of sustainability close to heart. 

These Saturday morning sessions are designed for pre-school aged children. They are all about open ended creation and engaging in the process of making.

Each week there are two activities set up - such as easel painting & clay; printing & cardboard construction; collage & drawing. All resources are provided.

The sessions begin with a gentle introduction to the facilitator and in allowing the children to get familiar with the space, and the other participants. The activity of the day is introduced and the children are free to use the materials on hand as they like.
